Return & Refund Policy

We aim for your complete satisfaction. You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items include perishable goods, customized products, and digital items. If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will provide a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection of the returned product. Unless the return is due to our error, shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
